POSITION: Medical Counter Assistant
AllDrugs Pharmacy Limited is seeking an experienced Medical Counter Assistant (MCA), male or female, for immediate employment at our Retail Division. If you have a nursing background as a plus, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets and monitor market trends, this role offers the opportunity to attend medical conferences, collaborate with marketing teams, submit sales reports, and provide reliable after sales support.

Your Mission
You will take responsibility for achieving sales targets and market share goals within your assigned territory. Your role includes monitoring competitor activity and market trends to inform your sales strategies, attending medical conferences and workshops to represent the company and build networks, working closely with marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns, submitting regular sales reports, maintaining accurate customer records, staying current with clinical data and regulations, and responding to customer inquiries with reliable after sales support.

Sales Target Achievement
- You will achieve sales targets and market share goals within your assigned territory.
- Identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Competitor Monitoring
- You will monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform your sales strategies.
- Adjusting your approach based on market intelligence.
Event Attendance
- You will attend medical conferences, workshops, and events to represent the company and build networks.
- Establishing relationships with healthcare professionals.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- You will work closely with marketing, product, and medical affairs teams to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Aligning sales efforts with broader company initiatives.
Reporting
- You will submit regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
- Tracking activities, leads, and conversions.
Customer Service
- You will respond to customer inquiries and provide reliable after sales support.
- Building trust through follow up and product knowledge.
Product Knowledge
- You will stay up to date with the latest clinical data, industry regulations, and product knowledge.
- Attending training sessions and reading product literature.
What You Bring to the Role
Certification & Experience
- A Pharmacy Council Certificate is mandatory.
- A minimum of two years of work experience in a sales role.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare fields gives you an added advantage.
- A nursing background gives you a plus.
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- A valid Ghanaian Driving License for client visits and territory coverage.
