Job Duties

• Perform troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance for office infrastructure services.
• Support printing, connectivity, platform, and voice-related services.
• Install, test, and remove network devices including switches, routers, and access points.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting for Wi-Fi and LAN environments.
• Support smart office infrastructure including sensors, smart metering, and digital signage.
• Assist with PABX-related tasks in coordination with Level 2 support teams.
• Receive, install, configure, and test printers and related equipment.
• Support AV equipment deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Manage workplace monitor deployment and logistics activities.
• Provide onsite support for remote Level 2 teams and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Assist during scheduled maintenance activities and escalations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and equipment replacement.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and technical resolutions.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and documentation requirements.
• Assist with office relocations, hardware refresh projects, and business events.

Job Requirements

• Fluent German language skills.
