Key Responsibilities

• Timely Deliveries: You will deliver medical supplies, documents, and equipment to healthcare facilities and clients across Accra, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Safe Riding: You will ride safely, obeying traffic regulations and wearing protective gear.
• Vehicle Maintenance: You will maintain your assigned motorcycle in good working condition, checking oil, tires, brakes, and fuel daily.
• Documentation: You will collect and submit delivery confirmations, ensuring accurate record keeping.
• Communication: You will communicate with dispatchers and supervisors about route challenges, delays, or delivery confirmations.
• Professional Representation: You will represent Sunshine Healthcare Limited professionally when interacting with clients and healthcare staff.

What You Bring to the Role

Qualifications & Experience

• A valid driving license.
• A minimum of one to two years of work experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar delivery role.

Knowledge & Skills

• Good knowledge of Accra roads, shortcuts, and traffic patterns.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation.
• Basic motorcycle maintenance skills for checking oil, tires, and brakes.

• Preference will be given to candidates residing close to Airport Residential Area for quick reporting and reduced commute time.
