POSITION: Supply Chain & ERP Specialist

Setters Investment Limited is seeking a Supply Chain & ERP Specialist to join our team. If you possess strong business-level English for local reporting, familiarity with Ghanaian labour laws and tax regulations, and experience in Chinese-Ghanaian business environments, this role offers the opportunity to lead ERP system expertise, data analysis, bilingual communication, technical troubleshooting, and financial reporting.

As a Supply Chain & ERP Specialist, you will not simply use the system; you will apply the data flow logic and operational principles of the Chinese version of the supply chain ecosystem and Kingdee K3 system, provide localized training for team members, monitor compliance, communicate with Beijing headquarters, diagnose and resolve system errors, monitor production costs, and develop annual material consumption budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans ERP system expertise, data analysis, bilingual communication, technical troubleshooting, cost monitoring, and budget planning. Here is what you will tackle:

ERP & Supply Chain Systems Expertise

• You will apply the data flow logic, operational principles, and functional mechanisms of the Chinese version of the supply chain ecosystem and Kingdee K3 system.
• Providing localized training for team members in these areas.

Data Analysis & Compliance Oversight

• You will perform data analysis within the Chinese version of Kingdee K3 ERP.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with supply chain module service standards and regulations.

Bilingual Communication, Supervision & Reporting

• You will communicate effectively with the Beijing headquarters in fluent Mandarin.
• Reporting work progress, addressing inquiries, and providing updates to management.
• Managing account setups within the supply chain management system.
• Overseeing and evaluating supplier performance and adherence to protocols.

Technical Troubleshooting

• You will diagnose and resolve system errors in Kingdee K3, applying strong technical problem-solving abilities.

Cost Monitoring & Financial Reporting

• You will monitor production costs through daily reconciliation and weekly settlement processes.
• Preparing monthly financial reports and conducting budget variance analysis.

Budget Planning

• You will develop annual material consumption budgets based on production planning cycles.

What You Bring to the Role

• A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• Professional certification in Kingdee K3 ERP gives you a strong advantage.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Kingdee K3 (Chinese version), specifically in supply chain, finance, or production modules.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with the HQ in Beijing.
• Strong business-level English for local reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with Ghanaian labour laws, tax regulations, and supply chain compliance standards.
• Experience working in Chinese-Ghanaian business environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Ghanaian import/export logistics including customs, duties, and shipping.
• Proven ability to train local staff on ERP systems and supply chain processes.
• Basic IT support skills such as database queries and log analysis are a plus.
