POSITION: Professional Driver

Plato Consult is seeking a Professional Driver to provide reliable and courteous transportation service with safety as the top priority. If you are a team player with good personal hygiene, commitment, and the ability to comply with a code of conduct, this role offers the opportunity to operate assigned vehicles, maintain accurate records, perform minor maintenance, and fuel vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans safe driving, record keeping, maintenance, and general duties. Here is what you will tackle:

Safe Driving

• You will operate assigned vehicles in a safe and courteous manner, obeying all traffic laws.
• Lastly, Maintaining defensive driving to anticipate hazards.

Cleanliness

• You will keep assigned vehicles clean inside and outside, presenting a professional image.

Record Keeping

• You will maintain accurate, up to date records on trip sheets, customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports, and other records as requested by management.

Maintenance

• You will perform minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicles as required, such as checking oil, water, and tire pressure.

Fueling

• You will fuel assigned vehicles, ensuring they are always ready for use.

General Duties

• You will perform any other duties assigned by management.

What You Bring to the Role

Minimum Qualification

• WASSCE certificate.
• A minimum of five years of work experience.
• A minimum of 30 years of age.
• A safe driving record with no major accidents.
• A Class B or C driver’s license.
