Job Duties

• Set out, fabricate, assemble, and install wall panels, roofing systems, cabinetry, and fit-out components.
• Interpret technical drawings, production orders, and project specifications.
• Perform site measurements and prepare materials accurately.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery during fabrication.
• Assemble components in manufacturing facilities and complete on-site installations.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and specification standards.
• Maintain fabrication tools and equipment and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Work collaboratively with installation and fabrication teams to achieve project timelines.
• Ensure safe work practices throughout workshop and installation activities.
• Support continuous improvement in production quality and installation efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Shopfitter, Joiner, Cabinetmaker, or within commercial fit-outs.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and construction specifications.
• Experience with fabrication, assembly, and installation using wood, metal, and composite materials.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment.
• Strong mathematical, measurement, and precision skills.
• High attention to detail and workmanship quality.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities.
• White Card certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Relevant overseas experience may support visa sponsorship eligibility.
