Job Duties

• Lead coordination, preparation, and submission of proposals, qualifications packages, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Manage multiple proposal pursuits simultaneously while ensuring schedules and compliance requirements are met.
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, and production workflows.
• Facilitate pursuit planning activities including capture meetings, kickoffs, and proposal reviews.
• Support preparation of presentations and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to develop tailored proposal content.
• Prepare proposal materials including project descriptions, staff resumes, and graphics.
• Manage editing, formatting, and layout production using Adobe InDesign.
• Ensure proposal submissions meet all quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain CRM records including opportunity tracking and proposal outcomes.
• Support development and maintenance of marketing collateral and proposal libraries.
• Conduct research on clients, competitors, and business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of proposal coordination or marketing experience within the A/E/C industry.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and proposal processes.
• Experience interpreting RFP and RFQ requirements.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
