POSITION: Relationship Managers

Société Générale Ghana is seeking Relationship Managers specializing in the Public Sector and Multinational Companies (MNCs) to strengthen and deepen business in these key sectors.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Growth: Independently identify, drive, and deliver new business opportunities in the Public Sector or with MNCs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, delivering on objectives and managing support staff to foster career growth.
  • Client Solutions: Structure solutions, handle documentation, and provide excellent knowledge of banking environment and products.
  • Commercial Skills: Utilize strong networking, executive impact, and a track record of new-to-bank sales success to achieve goals.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience driving business within Corporate Banking.
  • Business Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Corporate Banking products, Financial Analysis, and excellent knowledge of the banking environment.
  • Sector Expertise: Proven ability to develop and manage relationships in the Public Sector or with MNCs, and expertise in sectors like Mining, Oil & Gas is a plus.
  • Skills: A commercial focus, analytical mindset, consultative engagement style, innovative problem-solving approach, and strong achievement orientation are essential.

You possess strong credibility with internal and external stakeholders, excellent interpersonal skills, customer focus, commercial dynamism, proactivity, and team spirit. You effectively manage support staff by combining best commercial practices and technical knowledge.
