What You Will Master During the Fellowship
The AGL experience goes far beyond typical workshops. You will engage deeply with three interconnected pillars of leadership, each guided by distinguished faculty.
- First, you will explore conflict resolution and diplomacy with experts like Samar Ali. You will learn to navigate complex disputes and foster dialogue in divided communities. This training equips you to build lasting peace in high stakes environments.
- Second, you will tackle strategic leadership and management with mentors like Iyad Uakoub. This pillar teaches you to lead teams through uncertainty and drive innovation within your own social impact projects.
- Third, you will develop cultural competency and empathy under Dr. Susan Douglass. You will explore diverse global perspectives and learn to lead with understanding across different cultures.
- Throughout this journey, a personalized executive coach will walk alongside you. They will help you manage your $10,000 grant effectively and track your personal growth every step of the way.
