Job Duties

• Architect and develop enterprise-scale Generative AI applications.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Build scalable APIs using FastAPI for AI platform integration.
• Develop end-to-end AI system architectures focused on scalability and security.
• Implement data ingestion, preprocessing, and retrieval pipelines.
• Build and optimise vector database solutions for knowledge retrieval.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deploy AI solutions.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads across cloud environments.
• Conduct model performance tuning and system optimisation.
• Stay current with developments in LLMs, Generative AI, and AI infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Ten or more years of professional software development and system design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience building APIs using FastAPI.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and LLM architectures.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation methods.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval pipelines.
• Strong cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of distributed systems and enterprise architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
