Job Duties

• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot ERP systems covering inventory, purchasing, and sales operations.

• Develop SOPs and support user training for operational systems.
• Extract, clean, and analyse ERP and CRM data for operational reporting.
• Build dashboards and management reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Monitor inventory levels and create purchase orders to support stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, lead times, and procurement activities.
• Track procurement cycles and maintain supplier records and performance data.
• Process customer orders and coordinate warehouse fulfilment activities.
• Manage delivery logistics and communicate shipment updates.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and fulfilment performance tracking.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience working with ERP or CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or C++ is considered beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities independently.
