• Conduct site visits where required to support project assessments.

Job Requirements

• Experience in quantity surveying, PQS, cost management, or commercial construction.
• Strong background in contract administration, claims, or commercial management.
• Experience handling payment and progress claims.
• Knowledge of payment schedules and response processes.
• Understanding of contractual entitlement and valuation principles.
• Exposure to project-level disputes and commercial resolution processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
