Key Responsibilities

As our Preschool Teacher, you will guide children through their earliest educational experiences. You will foster a classroom environment that feels like a second home. Your core responsibilities will include:

Creating Engaging Learning Experiences

• Develop Creative Lesson Plans: You will design lesson plans that capture young imaginations. You will use stories, songs, games, and hands-on activities to introduce new concepts.
• Implement a Nurturing Curriculum: You will guide children through early childhood education using developmentally appropriate practices. You will help them build foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction.
• Foster an Interactive Environment: You will create a classroom atmosphere where every child feels seen, heard, and valued. You will encourage participation and celebrate effort.

Supporting Child Development

• Guide Social and Emotional Growth: You will help children navigate friendships, express their feelings, and develop empathy. You will model kindness and patience in every interaction.
• Monitor Individual Progress: You will observe each child’s development closely. You will adapt your approach to meet their unique needs and learning styles.
• Ensure Safety and Wellbeing: You will maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment. You will supervise children attentively at all times.

Qualifications & Background

• A Degree in Early Childhood Education, a relevant teaching certification, or a qualification in Montessori education.
• A solid understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Relevant experience working with young children in a structured setting.
