Job Duties

• Lead the implementation of Freightways’ Health & Safety transformation roadmap.
• Manage multiple project streams across various business units.

• Coordinate stakeholders, implementation partners, and external vendors.
• Oversee compliance activities, quality assurance, and systems integration.
• Drive organisational change management and training initiatives.
• Support adoption of new safety procedures and operating models.
• Monitor programme performance and ensure delivery outcomes are achieved.

Job Requirements

• Ten or more years of project or programme management experience.
• Proven experience delivering large and complex transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder and executive engagement capabilities.
• Experience managing governance frameworks and project controls.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, risk management, and vendor management.
• Degree qualification in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across operational environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide health and safety programmes.
• Background in logistics, operational, or transformation environments.
• Strong change management and implementation experience.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional teams and initiatives.
