POSITION: Digitalization Manager

Core Responsibilities

Your daily activities will encompass a comprehensive range of strategic and operational functions:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digitalization and Industry 4.0 strategies aligned with overall business goals 
• Oversee integration of core technologies including cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and cloud computing into manufacturing and business processes 
• Drive automation and optimization of manufacturing and supply chain processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality 
• Establish robust data collection, classification, and analysis capabilities supporting real-time decision-making and performance monitoring 
• Lead organizational change initiatives fostering innovation culture and continuous learning while ensuring effective collaboration between IT and operational teams 
• Identify digital opportunities improving operational performance, productivity, and business growth 
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions supporting business objectives 
• Plan, coordinate, and manage digital transformation and engineering projects from initiation to completion

What We Expect From You

• Qualifications: We require a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Professional Experience: You must bring minimum 7 years of experience in engineering and project management. Proven experience in factory automation, instrumentation, and control systems remains essential. Working knowledge of industrial IT systems, industrial software, and IoT platforms demonstrates your technical foundation. Hands-on experience with relevant platforms such as ERP systems like SAP S4 HANA, Salesforce CRM, and Flexi Capture SDK will distinguish your application. FMCG or manufacturing industry experience provides a distinct advantage.
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills prove crucial for handling conflicts, allocating resources, and driving innovation. Excellent communication and presentation abilities enable effective stakeholder engagement. You must demonstrate exceptional team playing and decision-making capabilities alongside strong organizational and project coordination skills. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will determine your success.
