Job Duties

Lead end to end implementation and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
Configure and optimise PolicyCenter environments to support business and operational requirements.
Design and manage Guidewire integrations across enterprise insurance platforms.
Support application product designer implementation and configuration activities.
Guide development teams across onsite and offshore delivery environments.
Maintain coding standards and oversee branching and merging strategies.
Drive technical decisions using Guidewire implementation best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery outcomes.
Support cloud adoption initiatives and contribute to scalable solution architecture.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess at least ten years of Guidewire implementation experience.
Applicants must demonstrate extensive expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter version ten or higher.
Strong knowledge of configuration, integration, application product designer, data model, and rules is required.
Experience leading distributed development teams is essential for this position.
Candidates should possess proven end to end Guidewire implementation capability.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and delivery governance is expected.
