POSITION: Digital Marketer

Job Summary

Estate Masters Limited is looking for a creative, data driven Digital Marketer to take the reins of our online presence. Since 2014, Estate Masters has provided excellent service in land sales, documentation, construction, and property management. We are a wholly Ghanaian owned business with a philosophy rooted in responsibility and mutual respect. We help our people grow personally and professionally. Now we need a digital expert to help us reach new heights.

This is not a one channel role. You will oversee digital strategy for the entire group and its subsidiaries. You will control budgets, standardize messaging, and report directly to the executive team. Your work will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

You will serve as the digital authority for Estate Masters. You will define strategy, ensure consistent branding, and manage budgets for maximum return.

Your day to day impact will include:

  • Defining the Digital Strategy: You will set the high level direction for the group and each subsidiary. You will ensure every channel works toward common goals.
  • Standardizing Brand Positioning: You will create consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints. Customers will recognize and trust the Estate Masters brand wherever they find us.
  • Controlling the Digital Budget: You will oversee spending across all subsidiaries. You will allocate resources wisely to maximize return on investment.
  • Reporting on Performance: You will create clear, actionable reports for the group execution team. Your insights will drive strategic decisions.
  • Driving Revenue and Acquisition: You will develop comprehensive acquisition strategies. You will focus on customer growth and revenue generation above all else.
  • Advising Key Stakeholders: You will consult with leaders across the organization. You will share market trends and digital opportunities that can fuel growth.

Qualification and Experience

You combine creative thinking with hard data. You understand that great design attracts attention, but great strategy drives sales.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Relevant Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Three to five years of digital marketing experience, ideally working with a group of companies. You understand the complexities of managing multiple brands.
  • Analytical Thinking: You base decisions on data, not guesses. You dig into metrics and extract meaningful insights.
  • Platform Knowledge: You understand the digital landscape deeply. You know how to leverage SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing effectively.
  • Tool Proficiency: You are comfortable with web analytics tools and marketing software. You use technology to work smarter.
  • Communication Excellence: You present your ideas clearly and persuasively. You write well and speak with confidence.
