POSITION: Branch Manager

The Opportunity Awaits You

We currently seek a results driven Branch Manager to lead our Tamale branch. This position offers you the chance to take full ownership of branch operations, drive sales growth, and build a strong customer base in the northern region. You will play a pivotal role in marketing our products, managing inventory, coordinating sales and deliveries, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service at every touchpoint.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch with precision, managing inventory levels and accounts effectively to ensure smooth functioning.
• Market our products and services aggressively through field marketing initiatives and digital channels, reaching customers where they are.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships proactively to generate consistent sales and foster long term loyalty.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of our equipment and their applications in construction, enabling you to handle customer enquiries with confidence and expertise.
• Coordinate sales, deliveries, and after sales service seamlessly, ensuring customers receive their equipment on time and with full support.
• Collaborate with company management to design and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies that meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Identify and apply data driven insights from sales performance data, market research, and customer surveys to inform product requisition and refine sales strategies.
• Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and submit regular branch performance reports to management, providing transparency and actionable recommendations.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you must bring a combination of academic qualifications, professional experience, and personal attributes. Specifically, we require:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, trade, business management, or a similar leadership role.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction equipment and machinery provides a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis, and social media platforms for digital marketing.
• Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and drive results.
• Customer Service Orientation: Genuine commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn continuously and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Analytical Thinking: Capacity to interpret sales data, market insights, and customer feedback for strategic decision making.

Duty Station

This position is based at our Tamale branch in the Northern Region. Candidates must either reside in Tamale or demonstrate willingness to relocate.
