POSITION: Sales Manager

We currently seek an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Kumasi operations. The Sales Manager position transcends traditional sales supervision. You will take ownership of our Kumasi operations, building and developing teams that deliver exceptional results. Core Responsibilities

Your daily activities will encompass a comprehensive range of sales leadership functions:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team effectively

  • Drive customer acquisition through targeted sales initiatives and relationship building
  • Monitor team performance consistently against established targets
  • Conduct regular coaching and mentoring sessions for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Foundation: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution. This educational background should demonstrate strong foundational knowledge of business principles and management practices.
  • Professional Experience: We require a minimum of one year of relevant experience. However, proven sales management or team leadership experience remains essential. Your track record should demonstrate ability to build and motivate teams toward achieving challenging targets.
