POSITION: Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

As the Human Resource Manager, you will lead the human resource function with a strategic mindset. Your responsibilities will encompass various critical areas, including:

• Workforce Planning: Assessing current and future workforce needs to align with organizational goals.
• Recruitment: Leading efforts to attract and identify top talent for GRCS.
• Performance Management: Implementing systems to evaluate and enhance staff performance effectively.
• Staff Development: Overseeing training and career development initiatives that empower employees.
• Employee Relations: Fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving conflicts effectively.
  Organizational Development: Contributing to the long-term growth and transformation of the organization.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Ghana’s labour laws and internal policies.

Qualifications and Experience

We seek candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field sets the foundation.
• Professional Certification: HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or CIHRM Ghana is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in human resource management, including a role in senior leadership, demonstrates your readiness.
• Knowledge Base: Deep familiarity with Ghana Labour Law and HR best practices underpins your ability to navigate challenges.
• Sector Experience: Prior experience in the humanitarian, development, or non-profit sector adds great value to your application.
