POSITION: Source to Pay Associate

Job Summary

This position serves as the backbone of Nestlé’s procurement and financial operations. You will orchestrate the complete cycle from purchase requisitions through to supplier payments, ensuring seamless execution at every stage. Your responsibilities will span creating and managing Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, processing invoices with precision, supporting supplier relationships, and guaranteeing timely payment processing. Collaboration stands at the heart of this role, as you will work closely with diverse stakeholders to maintain data integrity, enforce compliance standards, resolve complex queries, and deliver exceptional Source to Pay services.

Key Responsibilities

Process, review, and meticulously track supplier invoices while adhering strictly to company policies and established procedures.
Take ownership of blocked, parked, or disputed invoices, following up persistently until complete resolution.
Support supplier onboarding and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth integration of new vendors into the system.
Respond professionally and promptly to supplier inquiries concerning invoices, payment statuses, and account balances.
Perform thorough supplier statement reconciliations while actively supporting GRIR reconciliation efforts.
Assist in resolving discrepancies found during supplier statement reviews and reconciliation processes.
Maintain accurate transaction records while ensuring supporting documentation remains organized and accessible.
Identify inefficiencies within current processes and recommend actionable improvement strategies.
Support automation initiatives, standardization efforts, and documentation projects that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
One to three years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations, Finance Operations, or Source to Pay environments.
Strong understanding of accounts payable, procurement, and finance operations processes.
Combination of relevant academic qualifications and practical experience in finance or procurement operations.
