Job Duties

• Plan, organise, and direct work of surveyors and technicians
• Assemble field data and perform detailed survey calculations
• Manage operations across multiple field crews simultaneously
• Provide quality control and assurance on all project work
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, billing, and client management
• Lead business development efforts for the surveying discipline
• Prepare boundary, ALTA/NSPS, and topographic survey documentation

Job Requirements

• Professional Registered Land Surveyor status required
• 10+ years of professional surveying experience required
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• General understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D or Inroads/Microstation
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local survey regulations
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with GA Department of Transportation surveying
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
