Job Duties

• Own the product roadmap for a whistleblowing and case management platform
• Translate business requirements into deliverable engineering work daily
• Collaborate across policy management and compliance training product lines

• Complete a knowledge transfer from the outgoing product manager quickly

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a B2B SaaS product manager
• Strong technical communication skills across engineering and leadership
• Genuine AI fluency, including understanding of LLM capabilities
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management across product and design teams
• A consistent bias toward action, iteration, and shipped work
• Experience in GRC or compliance software is a plus, not required
