About the Role

You will maintain the spa premises in accordance with strict Club cleaning standards. This includes cleaning treatment rooms and regularly replenishing inventory. This is a full-time, seasonal position based entirely in Big Sky, Montana. Free transportation from Bozeman and a daily meal are both included.

Job Duties

• Clean and maintain spa premises per Club cleaning standards
• Replenish stocks and control inventory to ensure consistent supply
• Answer Member and guest inquiries professionally and courteously
• Clean and reset treatment rooms after each scheduled treatment
• Perform receptionist duties, including managing multi-line phone systems
• Report any equipment or facility damage to a supervisor promptly

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of spa attendant experience in a luxury setting
• Basic computer skills required for scheduling and requests
• Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, paid by the employer
