Job Overview

We currently seek a dynamic Solution Manager to join our team. This position places you at the intersection of sales and technology, where you will support regional project sales, design customised solutions, and drive market growth. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to deliver value to clients and maintain our competitive edge in the security industry.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team to complete regional project sales tasks, providing technical expertise and solution support throughout the sales cycle.
• Complete requirements collection, solution design and presentation, on site testing and training for specific projects, ensuring customers receive tailored and effective security solutions.
• Work with BDM local teams to develop industry market customers, explore project opportunities, follow up on project progress, and promote project landing successfully.
• Provide promotion, training and technical guidance for industry based products and solutions to internal sales teams and DPP customers.
• Conduct industry market demand collection and research, combined with competitor program analysis, to develop regional industry solutions that address specific market needs.
• Cooperate with salesmen, organising preparation and implementation of product related promotion conferences, exhibitions, customer visits, and other strategic events.

Qualifications and Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you must bring a combination of academic qualifications, professional experience, and personal attributes. Specifically, we require:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the security industry with a focus on pre sales and project support.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with video surveillance products and related solutions, including network, storage, and server technologies.
• Solution Design: Ability to independently configure technical proposals and design comprehensive technical solutions.
• Specialised Experience: Successful experience focused on Safe City and Intelligent Transportation solutions is essential.
• Market Analysis: Experience in industry market research, competitor analysis, and promotion of industry product solutions.
• Communication Skills: Good communication abilities and persuasiveness for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Independent analytical and problem solving skills to address complex customer requirements.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently to multiple cities for project support and customer engagement.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English in reading, writing, and speaking for effective communication with international stakeholders.
