About the Role

You will lead infringement and validity analysis across diverse technical domains. This includes advising clients on litigation risk and strategic recommendations. Job Duties

• Conduct infringement and validity analysis across technical domains

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an associate in patent litigation
• Technical background, ideally as a qualified patent attorney
• Experience at elite litigation firms, such as Quinn Emanuel
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex legal issues
• High agency and comfort within fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Based in either New York City or London required
