POSITION: Electrical Technician 

KUO Fire Safety is currently hiring a dedicated professional to join its growing technical team. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals who want to build a strong career in electrical and fire safety systems while working on impactful projects.

Role Overview

In this position, you will take charge of installing and maintaining fire safety and electrical systems. At the same time, you will respond to technical faults and ensure that all equipment functions correctly. Your work will directly contribute to safety compliance and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day activities will involve both technical and field based tasks:

• Install and test fire alarm systems and control panels
• Inspect and maintain emergency lighting and backup power systems
• Diagnose and fix electrical faults in fire safety equipment
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance on fire detection and suppression systems
• Ensure all installations meet safety regulations and industry standards
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and system schematics
• Respond quickly to service calls and urgent breakdowns
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintain proper documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and safety officers during installations

In addition, your ability to work efficiently will help maintain system reliability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates who want to succeed in this role should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma or NVTI Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least two to three years of hands on experience in electrical or fire safety systems
• Good knowledge of fire alarm systems, control panels, and emergency lighting

Furthermore, candidates with practical field experience will have an advantage.

To perform effectively, you should demonstrate a mix of technical expertise and personal discipline:

• Strong electrical installation and maintenance skills
• Ability to troubleshoot circuits and identify faults quickly

Moreover, having a valid driver’s license will support field operations and improve mobility.
