Additionally, you will join four physicians and three nurse practitioners currently. Base compensation reaches $800,000 for the first two years of employment. A $150,000 commencement bonus and relocation allowance are also included. You will have genuine autonomy to build the practice you envision.

Job Duties

• Provide hematology and oncology care across two Iowa clinics
• Share call responsibilities within a collaborative physician team
• Collaborate with radiation oncology, surgery, and genetic testing teams
• Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary treatment planning
• Support inpatient care alongside the hospitalist team as needed
• Contribute to clinical trials and ongoing patient education efforts

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree required for this physician role
• Board eligibility or certification in Hematology/Oncology required
• Ability to hold unrestricted licensure in both Iowa and Illinois
• Current authority to prescribe medications within your practice area
• Eligibility to work in the United States, including J-1 or H1-B status
