POSITION: Showroom Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to help manage our branches. This position places you at the heart of our customer experience, where you will welcome visitors, assist shoppers, process payments, manage stock, and maintain a tidy and inviting showroom. Your work will directly influence customer loyalty, operational efficiency, and overall business success.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly as they enter the shop, creating a positive first impression and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist shoppers to find the products they are looking for, providing helpful guidance and product information.
• Process cash and Momo payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth and secure transactions.
• Manage and control stock effectively, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring products remain available.
• Ensure the neatness and tidiness of the shop, maintaining an organised and visually appealing environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.
• Collaborate with team members to support branch operations and achieve sales targets.

Qualification and Experience

To succeed in this role, you must bring a combination of educational background, practical skills, and personal attributes. Specifically, we require:

• Educational Qualification: Appreciable level of education, preferably SHS or HND.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers.
• Self Motivation: Highly self motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Accounting Knowledge: Basic accounting knowledge for processing payments and managing transactions.
• Computer Skills: Good computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer Focus: Genuine commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to stock control and showroom organisation.
• Team Spirit: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
