This part-time role offers flexible shifts between 5 am-11 am or 5 pm-11 pm. The position is based at Silverwood Business Park in Craigavon.

Job Duties

• Monitor and respond to CCTV and alarm activations continuously
• Answer intercoms and inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Support Control Room Supervisors during busy operational periods
• Dispatch mobile response teams following alarm activations promptly
• Report operational difficulties to the supervisor on duty
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation as required

Job Requirements

• Ability to work calmly under pressure, independently or in teams
• Strong ability to prepare clear, accurate letters and reports
• Effective verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong investigative skills to identify root causes of issues
• SIA CCTV licence desirable, though in-house training is provided
• IT literacy and minimum grade C in English and Maths
