The Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) of Japan invites international students and young professionals to apply for its 2026 Internship Program. This prestigious initiative connects highly skilled foreign talent with Japanese companies, offering practical work experience and deep immersion in Japanese business culture. The program offers two flexible tracks: a 4-week online course and a 6-week in-person course in Japan.

Additionally, the program covers visa application fees, travel insurance, and a mobile phone for emergency communication. Local transportation support and living essentials like furniture and utilities are also arranged. Before the internship begins, participants undergo Japanese language and cross-cultural training to prepare for the Japanese workplace environment.
