The Opportunity Awaits You

We currently seek a motivated Marketing Officer to join our team in Kumasi. This position places you at the forefront of our sales efforts, where you will promote and market our products and services to existing and potential customers. Your work will directly influence our ability to grow sales, build customer loyalty, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s products and services proactively to existing and potential customers, driving awareness and demand.
• Identify new business opportunities and help increase company sales through targeted marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Conduct market visits and follow up on clients regularly to understand their needs and address concerns.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales or marketing reports accurately, providing insights for decision making.
• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly, ensuring timely visits to clients and market locations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle, upholding company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you must bring a combination of academic qualifications, practical skills, and personal attributes. Specifically, we require:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Driver’s License: Must possess a valid Ghanaian driver’s license with proven driving capability.
• Experience: Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer relations will be a distinct advantage.
• Driving Skills: Ability to drive confidently and responsibly, adhering to road safety regulations.
• Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse customers.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.
• Trustworthiness: Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and customer oriented.
• Route Knowledge: Good knowledge of road safety regulations and routes in Kumasi and surrounding areas.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and report writing skills will be an added advantage.
