POSITION: Shop Manager / Sales Person

Job Summary

We currently seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Manager / Sales Person. This position places you at the heart of our retail operations, where you will manage the shop, drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. Your work will directly influence our ability to serve customers effectively and achieve our sales targets.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Manage shop operations efficiently, ensuring smooth day to day running of the business.
• Drive sales and achieve targets through proactive engagement with customers and effective sales techniques.
• Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and stock control, using QuickBooks for inventory management, invoicing, and sales tracking.
• Implement online and digital marketing strategies to promote products and attract new customers.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting shop environment that reflects our brand values.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and digital payments.
• Report on sales performance and inventory levels to management, providing insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Qualification and Experience

To succeed in this role, you must bring a combination of skills, experience, and personal attributes. Specifically, we require:

• Gender: Female candidates aged between 20 and 25 years.
• Location: Must reside around Bantama, Abrepo, or Bohyen areas in Kumasi, Ashanti Region.
• Education: Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and colleagues.
• Digital Marketing: Understanding of online and digital marketing and advertisement strategies.
• Energy and Confidence: Energetic, confident, and customer focused approach to work.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy, especially in Excel and Word.
• QuickBooks Knowledge: Basic knowledge of QuickBooks for inventory management, invoicing, sales tracking, and reporting.
