POSITION: Head of Finance

Job Summary

The Plant Protection Guard position represents a critical function within our operations. You will serve as the first line of defense for our facilities, employees, visitors, and valuable assets. This role demands a proactive individual who can maintain a secure environment while delivering excellent customer service to everyone who interacts with our company.

Primary Responsibilities

Access Management and Verification

You will manage all entry points to our facility with precision and professionalism. This involves checking identification credentials for every employee, visitor, and contractor before granting access. Furthermore, you will oversee the visitor registration process, ensuring each guest receives proper orientation and escorts throughout their stay. Enforcing our high-visibility vest policy for visitors remains a non-negotiable requirement. Additionally, you must prevent any unauthorized entry into restricted zones within our premises.

Surveillance and Asset Safeguarding

Regular patrols form the backbone of your daily duties. You will systematically inspect our perimeter, parking areas, warehouses, and critical operational zones to identify potential security threats. After business hours, you must verify that all entry points remain properly secured. Protecting our raw materials, finished goods, and equipment against theft or damage becomes your primary objective. Consequently, you will inspect all outgoing vehicles and personnel to prevent unauthorized removal of company property. Product verification during pallet inspections also falls under your purview.

Policy Enforcement and Safety Compliance

You will actively enforce our comprehensive security protocols across all operational levels. This includes monitoring compliance with personal protective equipment requirements and addressing any behavioral breaches promptly. Whether dealing with unauthorized access attempts, theft suspicions, or unsafe practices, you must take immediate corrective action.

Emergency Response and Incident Documentation

Security incidents demand swift, decisive action from you. When alarms activate or emergencies arise, you will follow our established response procedures without hesitation. You must immediately report suspicious activities or safety hazards to your Security Supervisor. During evacuations, medical emergencies, or fire situations, you will implement our emergency response plan effectively. Subsequently, you will prepare detailed incident reports that accurately document every security-related occurrence.

Record Management and Customer Service

Accurate documentation supports our entire security operation. You will maintain visitor logs, patrol records, and incident reports with meticulous attention to detail. All security paperwork must reach completion and submission before deadlines. Simultaneously, you will provide professional, courteous service at our entrances. Employees and visitors will rely on you for directions and facility information. Therefore, you must address complaints and concerns calmly while maintaining your professional demeanor.

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

We require a minimum of Senior High School Certificate or its equivalent. Prior security experience or law enforcement background will strengthen your application, though we welcome motivated candidates without prior experience.

Essential Skills and Personal Qualities

Excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills enable you to interact effectively with diverse individuals. Your observational skills and attention to detail must remain exceptional at all times. The ability to think analytically and make quick decisions under pressure sets successful candidates apart.
