Congressional Fellowship Program (CFP) 2026

Applications are open for the Wilson Center’s Congressional Fellowship Program. This six-week seminar connects Congressional staffers with top foreign policy thinkers. Program Structure

Each session tackles a specific foreign policy issue in depth. Sessions run Fridays from 2:30 to 5:00 PM. Fellows receive a recommended reading list before each meeting. This certificate grants entry into the Wilson Center’s alumni network.
