Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper storage of goods, and uphold a clean and organized work environment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve customers efficiently and maintain a seamless supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inventory checks and stock counts to maintain accurate records of all items in the warehouse.
• Perform put-away tasks, move goods to designated locations, and organize shelves to optimize storage space.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized, ensuring a safe and professional environment for all staff.
• Carry out all warehouse-related activities assigned by the warehouse supervisor, supporting operational goals.
• Follow ESHS safety rules and warehouse procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and resolve operational challenges.
• Report any inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: Technical Secondary School certificate or higher.
• Experience: At least 2 years of warehouse experience is preferred, though we welcome motivated candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, strong attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.
• Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking goods.
• Teamwork: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and committed to meeting performance expectations.
