Tulane University’s Department of Communication is hiring a Postdoctoral Fellow. This eighteen-month position anticipates a new interdisciplinary research center. About the Position

Teaching Responsibilities
The Fellow teaches two courses each semester throughout the appointment. One course reflects the Fellow’s own specific methodological expertise. The second addresses digital communication trends relevant to student careers. This includes topics like media influence and information persuasion broadly.
Who Can Apply
Candidates need a PhD in Communication or a closely related field. This degree must be conferred before the appointment begins. Strong research specialization in digital communication or influence matters greatly. Applicants should demonstrate scholarly productivity appropriate to their career stage. Undergraduate teaching ability is also an essential qualification here. Interest in interdisciplinary center development is preferred, though not required.
