Overview

The Nestlé Graduate Trainee Program is an 18-month career development program designed to grow the next generation of leaders. This program offers you a unique opportunity to work on meaningful projects, gain exposure across multiple departments, and develop the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced global organisation. Your work will directly contribute to Nestlé’s success while building a strong foundation for your career.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and lead assigned projects related to the Graduate Trainee program, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.
• Undertake needed and assigned training courses to build technical and leadership competencies.
• Partner and work with managers to perform projects assigned, gaining practical experience and mentorship.
• Assist in various projects by providing analytical support, applying your skills to real business challenges.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Work with different departments to gain a holistic understanding of the organisation and contribute to inter-departmental initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to your role and the industry.

Qualifications Required

To succeed in this program, you must bring a combination of academic qualifications, experience, and personal attributes. Specifically, we require:

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Maximum of 2 years of working experience, including internships.
