About the Fellowship

What Fellows Receive

Selected fellows earn a paid internship at a matched host company. They receive a living wage plus a dedicated travel stipend. Each fellow gets two mentors: one inside, one outside their company. Fellows also attend a summer summit to meet the full cohort.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must have completed at least one year of undergraduate coursework. They must identify as a woman or gender minority and be 18 or older.
