POSITION: ERP Team Lead

Supertech (STL) Ltd invites applications from accomplished ERP professionals for the position of ERP Team Lead. You will serve as the essential link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless ERP operations that power our business success.

Job Summary

The ERP Team Lead occupies a central position within our technology ecosystem, gathering and translating business requirements into functional ERP solutions. Consequently, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of ERP implementation from requirements gathering through post go live support. Furthermore, you will coordinate cross functional collaboration between Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Manufacturing, and Sales departments to deliver integrated technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across all departments
Map business processes to ERP module functionality while identifying gaps
Propose appropriate solutions balancing configuration against customisation
Conduct thorough fit gap analysis and prepare functional specification documents
Configure ERP modules including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales and Distribution, HR/HCM, and Manufacturing
Conduct user acceptance testing sessions to validate system functionality
Assist with ERP upgrades, patches, and comprehensive system testing
Participate actively in all ERP implementation phases from design through deployment
Provide daily functional and technical support while resolving tickets within SLA parameters
Liaise effectively between business users, technical teams, and third party vendors
Prepare status reports and contribute to project documentation
Ensure strict compliance with change management and governance processes

Required Qualifications and Experience

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience Criteria:

Minimum three years of experience as an ERP consultant with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms
Hands on techno functional exposure across multiple ERP modules
Experience with configuration, testing, and support in at least one full cycle ERP implementation
Good knowledge of databases including Oracle and PostgreSQL
Familiarity with reporting tools and query languages such as SQL
Understanding of basic scripting and programming concepts
Experience with Microsoft reports SSRS
Solid grasp of business processes across relevant functional domains including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report
