The Maastricht University Scholarship (NL-High Potential) 2027 is an incredible opportunity for outstanding international students from outside the European Union and the European Economic Area (EU/EEA) to pursue a fully funded master’s degree programme in the Netherlands.

Requirements for the Maastricht University Scholarship in 2027

First of all, the applicant must be a citizen of a country outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, or Suriname.
Secondly, applicants shall not be dual nationals of an EU/EEA country or Switzerland;
Thirdly, applicants must apply for admission to a participating full-time master’s programme at Maastricht University for the academic year 2027–2028.
In addition, applicants must satisfy the specific admission requirements of the Maastricht University Master’s programme for which they are applying.
Furthermore, applicants must not have previously engaged in a degree-seeking higher education programme in the Netherlands.
Finally, applicants must be 35 years old or younger on 1 September 2027.

Benefits of the Maastricht University Scholarship 2027

The scholarship will cover the relevant tuition fees for the master’s programme.

€20,150 for a 13-month programme, €38,750 for a 25-month programme
