Job Requirements

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognised US law school required
• 8+ years of legal experience, including cybersecurity matters
• Active bar license in at least one US state or DC
• Experience advising on cybersecurity governance and compliance
• Experience negotiating cybersecurity contractual provisions preferred
• Experience supporting M&A cybersecurity due diligence preferred
