Five Career Tracks Available

• Data Analytics: Apprentices learn the full data lifecycle, including collection, cleaning, analysis, visualisation, and presentation. Participants use SQL, Tableau, and R while applying statistical methods and AI tools to support business decisions. Compensation ranges from $47,500 to $63,500 annually. Locations include New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
• Digital Marketing: This track covers campaign strategy, search advertising, video advertising, programmatic marketing, and search engine optimisation. Apprentices analyse campaign performance and present insights to clients. Pay ranges from $47,500 to $63,500. Locations include New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
• Project Management: Apprentices coordinate cross-functional teams, manage workstreams, track progress, and document processes. They learn to identify roadblocks and improve workflows while supporting timely project delivery. Compensation ranges from $54,000 to $72,000. Locations include New York, Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
• Information Technology: This pathway develops skills in device setup, hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, cloud systems, and IT security. Apprentices provide technical support and conduct root-cause analysis. Pay ranges from $47,500 to $63,500. Locations include Austin and New York.
• User Experience Design: Apprentices conduct user research, define pain points, create wireframes and prototypes, and test designs. They collaborate with product managers and engineers to build accessible, user-centred products. Compensation ranges from $54,000 to $72,000, with placement in New York.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should possess a high school diploma, GED, or practical experience. Crucially, candidates must have less than one year of relevant experience and cannot currently hold or pursue a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in a directly related field. Preferred qualities include strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
