POSITION: Stores Officer

Your Mission

You will take full responsibility for managing and safeguarding inventory across hospitality, catering, and maintenance departments. Key Responsibilities

Your role spans inventory control, record keeping, loss prevention, and departmental coordination. Here is what you will tackle:

Inventory Management & Stock Control

• You will manage all inventory within the resort, ensuring efficient stock control across multiple departments.
• Monitoring stock levels and initiating timely reorders prevents shortages that could disrupt guest service.
• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies maintains accuracy and accountability.

Record Keeping & Documentation

• You will maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing supplies, creating a clear audit trail.
• Using inventory management systems or software tracks usage patterns and supports forecasting.
• Preparing regular inventory reports for management highlights trends, concerns, and opportunities.

Loss Prevention & Asset Safeguarding

• You will implement controls that prevent losses from theft, damage, or spoilage.
• Inspecting incoming supplies for quality and quantity ensures you receive what you ordered.
• Organizing storage areas for safety and accessibility protects both staff and inventory.

Departmental Coordination

• You will collaborate with hospitality, catering, and maintenance teams to understand their supply needs.
• Communicating stock availability and delivery timelines helps departments plan their activities.
• Responding to urgent supply requests with flexibility keeps operations running smoothly during peak times.
