Your Mission

You will take full responsibility for managing and safeguarding inventory across hospitality, catering, and maintenance departments. Record Keeping & Documentation

You will maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing supplies, creating a clear audit trail.
Using inventory management systems or software tracks usage patterns and supports forecasting.
Preparing regular inventory reports for management highlights trends, concerns, and opportunities.

Loss Prevention & Asset Safeguarding

You will implement controls that prevent losses from theft, damage, or spoilage.
Inspecting incoming supplies for quality and quantity ensures you receive what you ordered.
Organizing storage areas for safety and accessibility protects both staff and inventory.

Departmental Coordination

You will collaborate with hospitality, catering, and maintenance teams to understand their supply needs.
