Key Responsibilities

Interns contribute directly to the Venture Fund’s mission of identifying, investing in, and scaling technology solutions with social impact:

Supporting startup sourcing and due diligence processes
Conducting market research and reviewing company applications
Preparing evaluation notes, research insights, and briefs
Developing presentations, website content, and knowledge products
Creating resource mobilisation materials and case studies
Maintaining portfolio management trackers and information systems
Assisting with UNICEF country-office engagement
Supporting projects that take promising solutions from pilot to scale

Learning Opportunities

The internship provides invaluable exposure to global development challenges affecting children, innovation ecosystems, investment-related work, and emerging technologies. Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet specific criteria:

Be at least 18 years old
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree programme, or have graduated within the past two years
Hold a relevant academic background such as Social and Economic Development, Business Administration, Political Science, Economics, Innovation, Public Administration, or a related field
Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills
Possess good interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Have working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Demonstrate strong written and spoken English
Commit to part-time work arrangements
