Job Summary

We currently seek a diligent and detail oriented Accounts Officer to join our team. This position places you at the heart of our financial operations, where you will prepare and maintain financial accounts, assist with reporting and reconciliations, support budgeting and audit processes, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial accounts and records systematically, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions.
• Assist with financial reporting and reconciliations, supporting the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements.
• Support budgeting and audit processes, providing documentation and analysis to facilitate smooth audits and budget monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, upholding internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently, maintaining accurate records of all financial activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Qualification and Experience

• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a similar accounting role.
