TORONTO Cultural Exchange Program 2027 | Fully Funded

The Discover Toronto Cultural Exchange Program 2027 invites 70 participants worldwide to experience Canada’s multicultural environment from May 20 to 22, 2027. This three-day initiative combines cultural exchange, international networking, academic discovery, and sightseeing across Toronto and Niagara Falls. The programme offers 35 funded places, including 10 fully funded and 25 partially funded opportunities, plus 35 self-funded positions.

What the Programme Offers

Fully funded participants receive comprehensive support covering international airfare, private-room accommodation, daily meals, local transportation during official activities, museum and attraction entry fees, an official invitation letter, and a certificate of participation. Partially funded participants receive accommodation, meals, local transportation, attraction entries, an invitation letter, and a certificate, though they arrange their own travel to Canada.

What You Will Experience

The itinerary explores Toronto’s vibrant cultural landscape, including the University of Toronto, Robarts Library, Toronto Metropolitan University, Nathan Phillips Square, the Toronto Sign, downtown Toronto, the CN Tower, and Harbourfront. Participants also enjoy a full-day excursion to Niagara Falls, visiting Horseshoe Falls, Niagara Parkway, Clifton Hill, and scenic Niagara River viewpoints.

Beyond sightseeing, the programme features cultural exchange activities, international networking sessions, and academic discovery opportunities designed to foster global connections. Two active participants will receive a complimentary Toronto helicopter tour based on their engagement and contribution to the programme.

Who Should Apply

The programme welcomes applicants from all countries and nationalities. Ideal candidates include university and college students, young professionals, emerging leaders, researchers, educators, entrepreneurs, cultural and community representatives, and anyone interested in Canada and international exchange. Applicants already living, studying, or working in Canada may also apply, subject to eligibility and availability.
