About the Role

Sunda International seeks a Health and Safety Specialist who will take charge of workplace safety systems and daily compliance activities. You will actively monitor operations, identify risks, and implement solutions that prevent accidents. In addition, you will guide employees toward better safety practices through training and awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will combine inspection, training, and coordination to maintain a safe workplace. You will also work closely with different teams to ensure every process meets required safety standards.

Your main duties include:

• Conduct routine inspections to detect hazards and correct them quickly
• Develop and enforce safety policies that align with company standards and regulations
• Organize safety training sessions to improve awareness and workplace behavior
• Lead emergency drills and rescue exercises to strengthen response readiness
• Monitor high risk activities and ensure strict compliance with safety procedures
• Maintain accurate safety records including inspection reports and emergency plans
• Oversee the use of safety technologies during operations and construction activities
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies during inspections and ensure full compliance
