Job Duties

• Define and execute the enterprise AI capabilities and services roadmap
• Build reusable AI platforms, services, and engineering standards
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers and data scientists
• Architect and scale enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
• Establish MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices
• Set responsible AI, governance, risk, and deployment standards

Job Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience building enterprise AI capabilities or products
• Strong depth across ML, deep learning, GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI
• Proven experience deploying production-grade AI systems at enterprise scale
• Experience leading teams of ML engineers and data scientists
• Strong product mindset and stakeholder management skills
• Optimisation, digital twin, IoT, or conversational AI experience is a plus
